About us

The Research Data Management (RDM) Helpdesk is located at the interface between service and research and deliberately consists of a very diverse, interdisciplinary team of scientists. In addition to the respective positions at the helpdesk, almost all employees are involved in further working groups and projects. The RDM Helpdesk also carries out or participates in projects financed by third parties.

The Research Data Management Helpdesk is the coordination office of the Thuringian Competence Network for Research Data Management (TKFDMExternal link).

Since 2021, the helpdesk is part of the Competence Center Digital Research (zedifExternal link) established at the Michael Stifel Center Jena (MSCJExternal link).
